Ok. I saw that changing the screen view stuff helped with the fullscreen for LibDay so I just need to check my other games and see if they are working similarly. (I bought a new desktop and have it hooked up to my 42" HDTV because we don't seem to have any PC monitors...) My real issue is that I really want to transfer my save from MoA to LibDay, mostly because I don't remember all of the choices I've made. Is there any way to make sure that the save file is found or at least a way to read the save file so I can duplicate my choices in the questionnaire in the start menu?

The file needed is located in \AppData\Roaming\RenPy\persistent and is called 'Sunrider', you will need have cleared the entire MoA game before you will be able to use the import feature in Liberation Day. If this file is there then you will just need to press 'import' on the choices screen and the new game will load your previous choices and begin.
On this topic Vaen previously mentioned that this file can only be used on the computer it was created on and by the owning user, you cannot move this file between machines.

That's interesting, I'v been looking at the renpy .py files used with Sunrider and it just looks like a simple load. I don't see why the persistent isn't usable on another machine, would anyone be able to send me a copy from another machine for me to play around with? If I can get it loading manually then it would be simple to patch in. Incidentally the variables that are copied are: Affection for all girls (inc cossette)
Captain_moralist
Captain_prince
wishall
Savediplomats
OngessTruth
legion_destroyed
The individual choices aren't actually recorded, as the impact they had on the game was mostly limited to adding affection points and I think the most variables that changed depending on a choice were when talking to Chigara for the first 2-3 times depending on what Asaga told you. Always wished the game did more of that.

It may very be the case that there is a method of moving this persistent file between machines however it has been something that we generally haven't recommended in the past. Here you go though, you can borrow mine: drive.google.com/file/d/0B_OYxppgxpCobi1Vd29US0JPdjg/view?usp=sharingThe individual choices aren't actually recorded, as the impact they had on the game was mostly limited to adding affection points and I think the most variables that changed depending on a choice were when talking to Chigara for the first 2-3 times depending on what Asaga told you. Always wished the game did more of that. Same here, it is a style I hope to see more of moving forwards.

Just tried it and it works perfectly for me, no tweaking needed. Of course now I know what an awful despicable person you are from your choices .

Ah shucks, you flatter me and my morals. Anyway guess that debunks moving persistent data around.

Yeah, I have my own file but the game is not seeing it. Both games were installed by Steam to my D drive as the C is a small SSD. I went through and beat the last mission again after reinstalling both games to be sure but no luck. Should I have the file in a specific location for LibDay to find it?
I realized after entering my post that that looked like it's full path would start with C:\users\me\ and there is no RenPy folder in my roaming app data folder. Should I make a folder there and copy the 'persistant' file (actual name) or is something going on with my game that it doesn't place the cleared save in the right spot?

Mm it is in users, if you dont have the folder its because renpy hasn't needed to save a multipersistant yet.
If you have access to the dev console in renpy then you can do Shift+O to open it and type mp.save()
That will make a blank multipersistant sunrider file in the right folder that you can then replace it with your actual file and on your next load up, it should use it.
To enable the dev console, open one of the .rpy files with a text editor and put:
init python: config.developer = True either at the top or bottom

I went in and re-enabled the dev console but the mp.save() command didn't do anything. I double checked my user account folders because windows did something screwy when I set up my new desktop and I don't know what name my file path goes along with. In the folder I expect, there is no renpy folder in the \appdata\roaming\ area, but in the other folder there is, and there are a few Sunrider folders there. I copied them from one to the other just in case, but still no luck. I will copy my save files to my old laptop and see if I can get LibDay to load the files there later, but I am still curious about why my desktop is being a jerk. Gtg, cinnamon rolls are done...

Hrm, that's strange. I just reinstalled LibDay on a separate drive and deleted my persistent, on startup it makes an empty RenPy/persistent folder and on mp.save() it makes the file. Not sure why it didn't for you given we sound to have the same setup.
That said, cinnamon rolls make everything good.

Do you actually have a file named 'Sunrider' in any location with 'appdata\Roaming\renPy\persistent' in it's path? If not you could use the windows search to check for the actual location since there should be one or otherwise you would have got some kind of error from the mp.save() like that there is no RenPy\persistent folder instead of 'None'.
If you have the location you might wanna try to insert the 'Sunrider' file Magpie have offered and look if that file works (don't forget a backup of the original file). If that's the case you probably have encountered a similar problem as I did where the generated file after finishing the game is unusable for an import in Liberation Day even though it's in the right spot.
The only solution I came up with for this seams to be either entering all the choices in the formular prevented in LibDay or alternatively skipping through The Arrival and Mask of Arcadius with activated dev console and skip battles via Shift+P(the battles have to be started so you would have to place your units towards the end of the game first). The latter one brought out a persistent file that can be imported without problems and I think took arround 20 minutes (I still knew my decisions though, so might take a bit longer if one would rethink all of them).
Besides that you used version Beta 7.2? Just asking because the standalone version on the official website is still Beta 7.1a.

Wait the website build is still 7.1a? Maaan I thought we had updated it.
Now that I think about it, I believe it was the 7.2 build that introduced the format of the persistent data 'Sunrider' so this is a good shout for possible angles.
What version are you running for MoA chaostraveler? If lower than 7.2 try downloading the build off Steam and using the mp.save() suggestion again.

I am using 7.2 I believe, but I reinstalled from steam so it should be the most recent release there. I do have a "Sunrider" file in C:\...\RenPy\Persistent so...yeah. I will try to fiddle with trying different files and reinstalling everything again over the weekend. I'm just annoyed with my ADHD with gaming, I started MoA months ago and just finished it before my first post in this thread. I can't remember anything but the beach scenes and chosing to sink the Legion. If all else fails, I'll just pick some random choices, beat the game and then ask for what choices will help my next playthrough. By the way, anyone have a Steam Controller? I don't know how to make the keyboard appear in chrome.
